None of the above, Van de Graaff's (the official one), Blount's and Golloday's 5th Alabama Infantry BATTALIONS were different units altogether.

This is the 5th Alabama Infantry REGIMENT which served in Lee's ANV as a part of Rodes'(Oneal's, Battle's) Alabama Brigade with a stupendous (for lack of a better word) war record.
