Jim,

I think I might have a early type of photo by Edwards. My ancestor was stationed in Pensacola early in the war and I have a photo of him in his miltia type uniform. I've been trying to pinpoint the exact date and location of this photo.

Is there any way to identify this photo as being done by Edwards?

My ancestor is John Rufus Eddins - 17th AL infantry, company H (Scotland Invincibles) and would have been in Pensacola around the first part of 1862.
