Dear George,

I saw a copy of this picture art the Civil War Museum run by the Corinth historical society. It is housed in what was probably once a warehouse on the northwest outskirts of town. The picture shows a large pile of Confederate dead in front of Battery Robinette with a very bushy bearded Gentleman in a place of prominence. This individual is identified as Col. Rogers- 2nd Texas. I believe I have seen the same photograph in other works on the Battle of Corinth but, regretfully, I cannot recall any titles.
