The Photographic History of the CW was originally a 10 volume set in 1911 and complete sets now cost upward of $600. It was reprinted as a 5 volume set in the 80's, these complete sets are still hard to find but here's one at -- http://dogbert.abebooks.com/abe/BookDetails?bi=49539786 for $125. Single volumes are more readily found, but which one? Might check a library first.
