38th Alabama, Captain Ben Lane Posey

Captain Ben Lane Posey was a Mobile attorney who became Captain of Co. K of 38th Alabama Infantry CSA. He was for a time the editor of a newspaper in Rosita, a silver mining town in Colorado. Does anyone know what became of Ben Posey? He went to Denver about 1890 to practice law and I can't find him after that. Family grave site, etc. ?? I would appreciate any help. Art Green
