Does anyone know if there is a message board for Georgia?
I collect Confederate Military Documents and recently acquired one with the heading:
Confederate States Mail Line;pre-printed heading.
Dated March 12,13,1865.It is a waybill listing 14 paying
passengers from Albany,Georgia to Quincy,Florida.
Any information anyone could offer is greatly appreciated.
