There have been many excuses throughout history for waging war, but only one real reason. Wars have been waged “to end slavery” “for state’s rights” “for God”, “for Christ”, “for Allah”, “for and against the Pope”, “for liberty”, “to make the world save for democracy” and even to “end all wars”. The plain truth is that wars (and I mean all wars) are fought to decide who will control the wealth. The sooner all mankind admits this then the closer we will be to preventing all wars.
