Since there were two Fourth Alabama Cavalry regiments, additional information may be useful:

Company “A”, Roddey's 4th Alabama Cavalry Regiment; officers and men from Lawrence County, Alabama.

Capt. Philip Threkeld. Relieved January 1, 1864; appointed acting Assistant Inspector General (A.A.I.G.) on the staff of General Roddey.
Capt. James H. Wear. Promoted Captain February [15,] 1864, to rank from January 1, 1864. Captured [during Wilson's Raid]; paroled at Macon, Georgia, April 20, 1865.

This company organized at Hook Spring, Alabama, August 18, 1862, mustering in Confederate service on August 25, 1862.

I'm unaware of any published photographs of men from this command.
