My records show J. M. Little; Lucius (L. A.) Little; and Edmond D. Little in Co C, 23rd Infan. Jesse is shown as as a member of Co. I of the 23rd. Theri compiled service records can be acquired at the Al. Department of Archives and History. Al well as theri pension applications. These documents can give a lot of information on these men. If yo live in Al and not too far from Montgomery (or the B'Ham library), it will be worth a visit or they will send you the material, for a fee.
