Which was a great help it explains Why on his pension roll he was Co. G.. But from other records I had him listed in Co. B Which left me confused.. Perhaps the same thing happened here.. but thanks for sharring the pic of the medal.. Wish i could find the one perhaps My grandfather or great uncle had ...
