:Hayes, There is a family book being done on my Oliver line. I would like a good history on the 24th from 1861 to '65. I would like any reference Forrest made, if any, about the 24th Miss., and I am really interested in actions and the surrender in Gainsville, Ala. I can get the general history, but would really like a bit more.You can e-mail me if needed.
