Dolores, we struck out on both. The only pension application filed under the name Loggins was a J. B. Loggins, Co. C, 11th Georgia Infantry, filed by the veteran from Faulkner County, Arkansas, in 1918.

There are several pension applications in the name of William Bailey, but all of them served in Arkansas regiments, with the exception of William Lawson Bailey, Co. L, 15th Missouri Cavalry, filed by the veteran from Yell County, Arkansas, in 1901.

If Hannah Loggins and William Bailey owned any property, they would not have qualified for a pension from Arkansas before 1915 (that's when the more severe restrictions were eased).

Sorry I couldn't help.
