My info differs just a little. Looks like Company K of the 5th Alabama Volunteer Infantry Regiment is a transcription error.

5th Ala. Vol. Infantry Regt., "old" Company H "Warrior Guard"
CRADDOCK, James N., Private (Enlisted with “old” Co. H "Warrior Guard" of Tuscaloosa County. His county of origin is unknown, but he was a lawyer in Tuscaloosa Co. before the war. His enlistment expired in December 1861. He later raised and Captained Company K of the 41st Ala. Inf. Reg. which was largely composed of men from Pickens County.)

41st Ala. Vol. Inf. Regt., Company K "Craddock's Company"
CRADDOCK, James N., Capt. (Formerly a Private in the 5th Ala. Inf. Reg., Company H. Enlisted Lowndes Co., Miss. Age 27. Retired, Oct. 24, 1864.)
