Other Grays in 41st

Wanda,
I only have the rolls of those Companies of the 41st which were recruited or raised in Pickens County. Your Tom Gray was probably a member of Co. G (of Tuscaloosa County) so I don't have any info about him. However, I do have some Grays in Company B, which was primarily a Pickens County unit. As you will see, these Grays may have been from Tuscaloosa, though.
Company B
GRAY, W.M. [or N.M.], Corpl. (Mustered as a “replacement”.)
GRAY, Isaac L. (Mustered in Tuscaloosa Co. Age 23.)
GRAY, N.M. (Mustered as a “replacement”.)
Being mustered as a replacement means that likely as not, W.M. and N.M. (if they are indeed different persons) were not from the county where the company was originally primarily raised. I think that it is very likely that these men followed Isaac L., of Tuscaloosa County, into Company B. They are probably all related and from Tuscaloosa County.
