Do you know William Fowler's full name? Do you know what county he lived in at the time of his enlistment? Did he survive the war?

I can find no William Fowler in the 15th Alabama Infantry; however, there is a William H. Fowler in the 15th Battalion Partisan Rangers in Company "B".

The more info we have, the better.
