Alan,

I would be interested in seeing the casualty list from the Seven Days. Who was the officer from Limestone County who wrote the letters that you mentioned?

The monument for the Wilcox Brigade is on the battlefield of Gaine's Mill and has a plaque with Cadmus Wilcox on it, a few good words, and the names of the regiments of the Wilcox Brigade. I missed the dedication ceremonies last year, but made it there last week. The URL for the NPS site for the monument has expired, by the way.
