I'm unaware of a searchable database, but it;s a great idea for someone. The ADAH in Montgomery has files based on unit,
and there are published softback copies available by county.
You might ask about how to contact the publisher (whose name escapes me). Here's the URL for my library

You might mention that the published county lists for the 1907 Veteran's Census are on the shelf in the Soughern Deparment; otherwise they may think you're looking for microfilm of a federal census.
