Howard:The records were compiled after the war.They are copies of reports ,orders, ect.The fill over 150 volumes.Most major libraries have the volumes, but they are very poorly indexed and almost impossiable to use.I have a copy on Cd that I bought from Guild press of In. Cost about $70.The cd is searchable. If you can find a cd it would be better. jimc
