Yes, they all lived in Coosa County before and there family's lived there after the war. All of my family lived in Coosa County. Lucinda A Adcock Jackson was the wife of James A. Jackson born 03-25-1823 in Alabama, he was a captain,for Co A of the 34th. He died while serving in the confederate army. After James died, Lucinda applied for a pension.
I have a lot of information on my family. A 20 page book I've had for years. Some one (an Aunt I beleave) passed it on to me when I was very young because I've always been a history buff most of my life.
I love doing this, so my family backs me a lot. I would really like to do this for others.
