Sir,

A D.L. Tubbs was a member of Co. G, 56th Partisan Rangers. I had no idea his name was Daniel Lee though.

Am I correct in guessing that he was the 3rd son of Daniel Tubb, the son of George and Elizabeth Tubb?

I am working on a project to trace every Tubb(s) family member who fought for the CSA during the War. I am especially concentrating on Tubb(s) from Alabama units but need info from all states. The information will eventually be made available to all interested parties through a website.

Any information you could provide me on the lineage and service record of Daniel Lee Tubbs would be greatly appreciated!
