reseca burial - units

This may not be much help. You said you were looking for
units that were at Reseca to confirm the burials. Your second line has a man buried from the 50th Alabama Infantry. I can confirm that the 50th had a fight at Reseca.
My great great grandfather James C. Scott, of Co. E,50th
Alabama Infantry, stated on his application for pension, that
he was wounded slightly in the thigh at Reseca GA. Attesting to this wound was an examination by a doctor and 2 soldiers in his unit. Ben Sowell and Robert Johnson.
James Scott moved to giles co.,TN after the war. The pension application is from TN. The 50th was also called
the 26th/50th Alabama. Hope this helps with one unit.
