I would GREATLY APPRECIATE any info on the following men:
1.W.C.(William C.) FLEMING (served in the Creek War ~ 1st GA Vols.- 1836? & 1st 2 years of CW - Reg./ Co.Unk.(possibly Union)

W.S.(William Samuel) served last 2 years of CW in Light Artillery - Reg./Co.- Unk.

I've written the Nat'l Archives to no avail... There are many W C Flemings but the info doesn't fit. The ONLY thing we know for sure is that he fought in MS sometime during the war (moved there in late 1860's) and lived in Tuscaloosa Co.,AL in 1850 & 1860 per census.

I've searched for 25+ years & this is ALL I have !!! Please take pity & help me find them... PLEASE.
