thisis civil war/ancestry crossover..great grandmother said to have had plantation outside Montgomery with then husband Edward Dunn; as widow, married my greatgrandfather James Angus Duncan who may have initially helped her on plantation. I presume Edward Dunn died in Civil War but don't know what Alabama regiment.??thanks for any response.
