I do find a Wade H. Emmerson, Co D. 59 Al. Inf. Private, National Archives 000374, 0013, 00004339. His combinded service can be obtained from the National Archives. The Al Department of Archives can be of helpful, as well.

Another Wade H. Emmerson is listed with Co B, 4 Batt'n Hillards legion, Alabama Artilery, Private, 000374, 0013, 00004338. This could be the same person????
