No, although they did fight at Perryville while those captured at Fort Donelson were in Mississippi. Survivors would not have joined the main army at Corinth until after the Yankees occupied Decatur and forced temporary evacuation of Tuscumbia. From my notes:

Members who escaped capture reassembled at Tuscumbia, Alabama, to form Companies "H" and "I" of the 3rd Mississippi Infantry Battalion (later known as the 45th Mississippi Infantry Regiment). Exchanged on September 20, 1862, at Vicksburg, Mississippi, the command reorganized under provisions of the Conscript Act four days later. Those serving with the 45th Mississippi Infantry were ordered back to their original companies on November 29, 1862.
