Hi,

By accident came acrossyour query on the brothers etc.

I've been to the grave yard at Resca, and there is so many unknow soldiers, so sad. When I was there tried to read the names and scribble them down. Most were from Al.
There was a J.M.Elliot Co B 42nd Regt Al, with a marker erected by his daughter

Notice your name was Elliot, thought it'd help.

I'm looking ffor two missing gr-uncles George and Henry Davis, should you come upon them. Not into Civil War unless by accident, as into too much else.
