Cases regarding conscription.

I only posted about 1/3 of those that are listed. And, keep in mind that these are only the ones that made it to the State Supreme Court...think of how many cases were brought at lower level courts if this many made it to the Supremes! (Maybe 100 for each case that made it to the Supreme Court?) And this is just for one State!

By the way, all this info is from the summaries. I'm sure if a person had the time to read all these cases, there would be a goldmine worth of info in the full opinions.
