Broadfoot's draws its lists of names directly from the microfilm (that is why such a large percentage of Confederate soldiers/sailors are not found in Broadfoot's listings).

This lady would qualify for a pension. If she made application, then it is likely that is why she is in the microfilm for the 17th. Many men are in the microfilm only by way of a pension application.

Of course, this is just a guess, and seeing the actual service card would provide a better idea of why her name is there.
