Well, after I posted that, I got to thinking about how closely I'd look at my own books. I found the Confederate case law of Alabama within 10 steps of my desk! Still no Acts of Alabama, however. The books at my office only go back to 1871.

However, the 1871 book references an 1868 law about publication, which is repelled in the 1871 session. It is possible that there was no compiled publication before 1868.

It may be relevant to note that the 1861-65 case law was published in 1866.

If anyone needs any Confederate Alabama case law (Alabama State Supreme Court decisions) looked up, I have it!
