listed at Natl Archives as W.G.W Harper, Sgt
Co K, 25th Ala Inf; the 25th was consolidated
w/ the 22d, 39th and 50th inf to form the 22d
Inf late in the war; he was not with 22d at
the surrender in May 1865 at Greensboro.
