I was kind of pressed for time doing the look up. I believe it was the 4th Tn Inf. Ill go back and look. There is also an index for Kennamers book and Ill look at that also. Im sure the Stevenson book is there . There is another book called "Hard Times" The Civil War in Huntsville and north Alabama. A big story on Capt Frank Gurley and also Kennemore who had a Union Cavalry Co. in Jackson Co. Try "Old Huntsville" on the web for some interesting stories.
