My great grand father said he enlisted in the C R A at Red Bay Al.I don't know when. He was a young boy of 14 or15. His name is John Davis Dykes born about 1850 in Al.. I think he lived in Itawamba Co. Ms. My question is how do I go about to find his records and what unit he was with? Help any body!!
