There is a section of Magnolia Cem. that is designated Confederate Rest. Kate Cumming is one of the many Confederats that rest here. The Local History section of the Mobile Public Library has a book that lists the 'residents' of Magnolia. Catholic Cem. is another old Cem. that has Confederates buried there including Admiral and Mrs. Semmes, Father Ryan, etc.
