Since your posting did not specify Infantry or Cavalry, I would like to ask what information you have about that. If cavalry, the 9th Alabama Cavaley included a couple of companies recruited at least partly in Morgan County. It was usually known as the 7th Alabama Cavalry. The 7th Alabama Infantry was a twelve-month organization, had no companies from Morgan County, and went out of existence on April 1, 1862.
