Jim, Thanks for the info. I had found two copies through Barnes & Noble Rare Book Search, but they like these were the original printings and as you see are very expensive. I was hoping to find a copy of the reprint that was done in 1966 that should be much cheaper. I may have to go with the cheapest one that you found, however. I think I'll try Morningside and Broadfoot and see what they might have.
