Pickens County Confederate vet reunions

So far, I have only found information on a vets reunion at Hargrove Church (near Gordo) in 1912, and a reunion at Carrollton on 7/30/1890.

A picture of the 1912 reunion attendees can be seen on page 13 of "The Heritage of Pickens County, Alabama", published 1999. The above information is from Gregg Alexander (see his reply above).

I believe that a picture of the veterans attending the 1914 reunion in Carrollton can be found on page 71 of "Pickens County Alabama, History and Families", published 1998. The photograph is not labled as such, but it seems clearly to be Civil War vets gathered in front of the Phoenix Hotel in Carrollton. The caption states that the photo is from the late 1800's, so it is possible that this is the 1890 gathering. However, clothing styles do not appear right for 1890.

I'm still looking for additional information.
