Hello,
My Great grandfather (Isham Crews) was captured at Island #10, died at Camp Randall and rests there now. I don't see the name you listed on the list of Confederates at Camp Randall. Information appears very scant on this/these units, especially the early years. Have you any contact with any other folks whose ancestors were in this unit?
